Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Officer located in Accra. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and recruiting. This individual will also be involved in creating and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Job Description Development and Hiring
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR and recruitment-related software is a plus
- Knowledge of employment laws and practices would be beneficial
