Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Product Motion Design Video Creator. The primary responsibilities include designing and producing engaging motion graphic video content to showcase our product features, enhancing the user experience by creating visually compelling storytelling. The role involves close collaboration with product designers and researchers to align on audience insights and optimize visual design strategies that communicate complex information clearly. You will play a critical role in shaping how users interact with and understand Voima’s offerings through video content.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Visual Design and Motion Design to create engaging and aesthetically pleasing content
- Familiarity with Design Thinking and how it applies to crafting compelling user-focused narratives
- Experience in User Research and UX Research to inform and refine design decisions
- Understanding of Product Design principles, particularly as they pertain to healthcare or technology applications
- Strong video editing skills and experience with animation software is a plus
- Proactive communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Previous experience in healthcare or startups is advantageous but not required
What You Will Create
About 8 -10 different Product demo videos of Voima App/ Animated app walkthroughs / Launch campaign videos / Explainer videos for patients, partners, and healthcare organizations / Social media motion content. Think: ONVY / Headspace / Duolingo / Notion / Apple product storytelling.
What We Are Looking For
Required: Strong portfolio showcasing product demos, app videos, or explainer animations / Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar tools / Experience animating mobile app interfaces and screen recordings / Strong visual storytelling skills / Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Bonus: Experience in healthcare, social impact, or health technology / Experience designing for African or global health audiences / Ability to source or produce professional voiceovers
