Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights that support strategic planning and business development.
• Design surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups to capture customer feedback.
• Prepare clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Track industry developments and monitor competitor activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, and strategy) to align research with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical tools and software (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
