What you’ll be doing
- Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and level up a small but exceptionally talented marketing team — acting as both coach and hands-on contributor
- Growth ownership: Drive the full funnel — acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue — through organic and paid channels
- GTM strategy: Own go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, features, and campaigns
- Narrative & positioning: Craft a narrative that resonates with both crypto natives and mainstream users, positioning Pass App as the leader of a new AI-powered financial category
- Data & KPIs: Define, own, and communicate growth and marketing KPIs
- Product collaboration: Partner with product, design, and engineering on in-app growth loops
- Strategic partnerships: Build partnerships with protocols, platforms, and projects to accelerate growth and distribution
What we’re looking for
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in consumer growth and marketing (fintech, gaming, social, or crypto)
- Crypto-native: You understand CT dynamics, KOLs, communities, memes, DeFi, and tokenomics
- Leadership: You’ve built and led small, high-performing teams — balancing leadership with hands-on execution
- Proven growth: You have a track record of driving growth in a consumer product
- Full-stack marketer: You’re comfortable running experiments across community, content, paid UA, lifecycle, partnerships, and brand
- Hybrid thinker: You move seamlessly between funnel analytics, brand storytelling, and everywhere in between
- Builder mindset: You’re scrappy and fast-moving but also think in systems that compound over time
- Ownership: You see growth as your mandate end-to-end, from creative campaigns to product loops
