Web Development Associate (Intern → Full-Time Pathway)
Africa Web3 Institute is looking for a Web Development Associate to join our growing team.

Role Overview
This position begins as a 3-month internship designed to identify exceptional talent. Interns who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and initiative may be offered a full-time role with salary and benefits at the end of the internship.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites for institute programs and initiatives
- Build and manage landing pages for events, research projects, and fellowships
- Optimize website performance and responsiveness
- Support integration of forms, APIs, and digital tools
- Work closely with communications and design teams
Preferred Skills
- Basic to intermediate HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with WordPress and Elementor
- Understanding of responsive design and UI/UX
- Interest in blockchain and Web3 technologies
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Remote (Africa)
- Compensation: Unpaid internship
