What You Will Do:
- Design and build automated creative workflows that generate dynamic, AI-powered experiences;
- Create prototypes and visual assets using Figma and/or creative automation tools like Creatomate;
- Design multi-step automated processes for workflow platforms such as n8n, connecting APIs, webhooks, and JSON data;
- Experiment with AI tools to generate or enhance creative content (images, videos, or text);
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and product teams to integrate automation smoothly into creative pipelines;
- Map, analyze, and continuously improve creative automation workflows to increase efficiency and output quality;
- Test and iterate on new automation-driven creative concepts using data and user feedback;
- Stay up to date with emerging design automation technologies and best practices, sharing insights with the team.
What We Expect:
- Strong design background: skilled in UI/UX and visual design using Figma;
- Experience with creative automation tools, like Creatomate (dynamic media, video, or image generation);
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrating design and automation tools;
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (text, image, or video);
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier would be a plus;
- System-thinking mindset: able to map, design, and optimize multi-step creative processes;
- Collaborative, experimental, and data-driven: comfortable bridging design and technology to prototype and optimize new automated experiences.

Salary: 2500-3500 eur/gross. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. We are committed to attracting the best talent and are open to negotiating salaries above this range.
