Role Description
This is a volunteer, remote role for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the organization’s social media strategy. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and curating content, optimizing social media channels, analyzing social media performance, and engaging with the online community to increase the foundation’s online presence and reach. The position seeks to raise awareness of the foundation’s mission and initiatives through effective digital engagement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication skills with a focus on professional and engaging online interactions
- Experience with Content Strategy, including planning and executing social media campaigns
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques and platforms
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform social media strategies
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills
- Passionate about non-profit work and community engagement
