This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Architect based in Accra, Ghana. The Chief Architect will lead architectural designs and oversee the planning, development, and execution of various construction projects. Responsibilities include evaluating and integrating modern design principles, managing software solutions for architectural planning, guiding project development, and ensuring seamless integration across different systems. The Chief Architect will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project success. Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration
- Strong skills in Project Management and overseeing large-scale projects
- Ability to develop and implement innovative design strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the Building and Construction industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
