We are a social initiative dedicated to setting a new standard for what active citizens can do. We have just completed our first project- a school infrastructure upgrade in Kwabenya and we are now scaling to execute 29 more projects throughout the year.
We don’t have a massive corporate backing. We have a plan, a mission, and a need for a team that executes with speed.
Your Mission
We are moving fast to complete 30 impact projects this year. We’ve already seen the power of storytelling with our work in Kwabenya, and now we need a creative partner to help document the next 29.
We’ll provide the raw, “in-the-trenches” footage from our project sites and the Project Director’s personal updates.
Your job is to turn that raw energy into high-impact content for the Project Director’s personal TikTok and Instagram platforms.
What you’ll be doing:
• Turning the Project Director’s thoughts into punchy, subtitled clips.
• Behind-the-Build: Editing 60-second high-energy videos showing the real-time progress of our field projects.
• Speed Editing: We move at a “No-Waiting” pace. When a project happens, the video needs to go live within 24–48 hours to keep the momentum.
• Creative Ownership: You won’t just be “cutting clips.” You’ll be the visual voice of the Director’s social platforms.
Who we’re looking for:
• You have a “No-Waiting” mindset. You don’t wait for a perfect brief; you see the story in the footage and build it.
• You are a pro with captions, pacing, and choosing the right sound to evoke emotion.
• You want to build a world-class portfolio by documenting a real-world movement and a founder’s journey from the ground up.
