Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Achimota. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibility:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through Market Research, networking and other business development Activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders, including Customers OEM and Distributors
- Conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends to inform Business development Strategies
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams; marketing and Product Development to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
- Develop and deliver business reports and presentations to Management and other stake holder.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of business development activities.
- Meet and Exceed business development targets.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong business and communication capabilities
- Account Management skills
- Experience in sales or business development
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
