About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Office Manager to support our daily financial operations and ensure smooth office management. This is a hands-on, on-site role that combines bookkeeping responsibilities with office administration and operational support. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, proactive, comfortable with numbers, and enjoys keeping things organized and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Finance

â–ª Record and maintain accurate financial transactions (expenses, invoices, payments)

â–ª Manage accounts payable and receivable

â–ª Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries

â–ª Support payroll preparation and track employee payments

â–ª Reconcile bank statements and financial records

â–ª Work with external accountants, auditors, and tax authorities as needed

â–ª Maintain proper financial documentation and filing

Office Management & Operations

â–ª Manage day-to-day office operations and supplies

â–ª Coordinate vendors, service providers, and office maintenance

â–ª Support HR and operations with documentation, contracts, and records

â–ª Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

â–ª Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies

â–ª Support management with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

â–ª Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Office Manager, or similar role

â–ª Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles

â–ª Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (required)

â–ª High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

â–ª Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

â–ª Excellent communication and time-management skills

â–ª Comfortable working independently in an on-site environment

Nice to Have

â–ª Experience working in a tech or fast-growing company

â–ª Familiarity with payroll processes

â–ª Experience supporting HR or operations functions
