About the role

As our Product Manager, you’ll be essential in achieving TestGorilla’s vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You’ll own a significant part of our core product and utilise AI to evolve our evaluation tools and how we support customers in how to evaluate talent. You’ll directly contribute through an experimental and data-driven approach on identifying and building innovative evaluation products that fit into the product vision of TestGorilla. Join our driven, remote-first team, and let’s achieve these ambitious goals together.

Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Uphold TestGorilla’s behaviors and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
• Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.
• Translate our overall product strategy and vision into a team strategy and roadmap that drives maximum impact for your domain.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Leadership, Customer Success, etc.). to factor their feedback and insights into product decisions
• Talk to customers and users on a regular basis.
• Leverage data and user insights to create solutions that satisfy and solve user needs
• Create clear and thoughtful documentation that can easily be understood and used by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of defined areas of activation, integration and pricing adjustments.

• Is actively utilising AI as a core productivity and quality enabler in the daily work.
• Is data-driven and has an experimental mindset.
