Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with a solid foundation in both frontend and backend development who are ready to contribute to real-world projects and build their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and scale backend services and RESTful APIs to support application functionality.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases for data modeling, queries, and optimization.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality code.
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and other backend services.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance improvements across the stack.
• Ensure code is well-structured, documented, and maintainable.

Requirements

• Foundational experience with both frontend (e.g., React, Vue.js, or similar) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, or Laravel).
• Understanding of web application architecture, HTTP, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Basic understanding of responsive design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Git and version control workflows.
• Exposure to DevOps tools or containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Firebase, AWS, or DigitalOcean.
• Interest in UI/UX best practices and performance optimization.

Location: Candidates must reside in or around Labadi, Osu, Teshie, Nungua, or nearby areas.
