Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights that support strategic planning and business development.
- Design surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups to capture customer feedback.
- Prepare clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Track industry developments and monitor competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, and strategy) to align research with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical tools and software (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
