Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Developer with 7+ years of experience in software development, specializing in Blockchain, Fintech, and E-commerce. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be proactive in driving innovation, continuous learning, and problem-solving. You will be responsible for developing innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that integrate finance, blockchain, and e-commerce technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Blockchain Integration: Proactively design, develop, and implement blockchain-based solutions within the fintech and e-commerce domains.
• Collaboration: Actively work with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver innovative features and solutions that leverage blockchain and fintech technologies.
• Decentralized Applications: Lead the development of decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and integration with blockchain protocols.
• System Optimization: Focus on performance, scalability, and security of blockchain, fintech, and e-commerce systems. Continuously optimize and troubleshoot to ensure robustness.
• Code Development: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using best practices. Emphasize proactive testing and code quality.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Innovation: Stay on top of emerging technologies in blockchain, fintech, and e-commerce. Implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Problem Solving: Take initiative in addressing technical challenges and provide innovative, timely solutions.
• Industry Awareness: Keep a keen eye on industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years in software development with a focus on Blockchain, Fintech, messaging and E-commerce.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of blockchain platforms and smart contract development.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages like Elixir ,Kotlin, Swift ,Go and Web Frameworks or similar.
• E-commerce Platforms: Solid experience in developing or maintaining e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
• Security Expertise: Knowledge of cryptography, distributed systems, and security best practices.
• Collaboration & Growth: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and actively pursue continuous learning and growth.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and tackling complex challenges.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Emerging Technologies: Exposure to DeFi, NFTs, or cryptocurrency-related solutions.
