Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office and Marketing Operations Manager to
oversee both the day-to-day operations of our office environment and the execution of marketing
strategies. This role requires someone who can balance ensuring a welcoming, functional, and
efficient workplace with leading and managing a dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will
have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to
problem-solving..
Key Responsibilities:
â–ª Office Management:
o Ensure the office runs smoothly by overseeing administrative tasks such as paying bills, maintaining vendor relationships, and coordinating facility maintenance.
o Monitor office cleanliness, aesthetics, and overall “look and feel” to create a professional and inviting workspace.
o Manage supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary items (e.g., stationery, kitchen essentials) are always available.
o Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
o Develop and implement policies to improve office efficiency and sustainability.
â–ª Marketing Team Leadership:
o Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve company goals.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
o Track campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership on progress and results.
o Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects, including content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and event planning.
o Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
â–ª Operational Duties:
o Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external partners regarding operational matters.
o Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems, proposing solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
o Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office operations and
marketing activities.
o Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a
related field.
â–ª 3+ years of experience in office management, marketing operations, or a similar role.
â–ª Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
â–ª Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
â–ª Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
â–ª Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically: Excel, Word and PowerPoint and marketing
software.
