Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a Lead Systems Integrator. The Lead Systems Integrator will oversee the deployment and integration of GOVORA’s AI infrastructure into client environments. Responsibilities include leading system design, troubleshooting integration challenges, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, optimizing solutions across hardware and software components, and ensuring seamless system performance. Additional duties involve providing technical support, conducting system tests, and collaborating with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Systems Engineering and System Administration
- Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges
- Knowledge of Software Development and the ability to work with code and debugging frameworks
- A solid understanding of Information Technology, including network architecture and system security
- Experience with integrating complex hardware-software solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects
- Experience in secure or air-gapped environments is an advantage
