Job Description
Role purpose:
To provide the Telecel Cash with business and commercial insights and value-added analysis with the sole aim of driving the unit towards overall business objectives.
The key responsibility is to be an integral part of performance measurement in supporting commercial decisions and driving revenue growth and profitability for Telecel products.
The performance measurement includes service, and non-service line revenue performance analysis, market insight analysis and assessment, customer insight analysis across all dynamics of customer life cycle management, incentive management and forecasting for the business unit.
Key Accountabilities/responsibilities And Decision Ownership
- Take full ownership of business performance reporting across all Telecel Cash products, providing insights into trends and recommending corrective actions where necessary
- Lead the budgeting process, weekly forecasting, and rolling forecasts for Telecel Cash and new products
- Drive the automation of all performance reports to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Track and report weekly trends across all Telecel Cash KPIs
- Share monthly performance reports to support decision-making and track progress
- Prepare and present in-depth performance reports for Telecel Cash products, proactively and on request, highlighting trends, explaining variances, and recommending action

At ease with Tableau, Power BI, MS SQL, Data360, Microsoft Excel, Python and PowerPoint (intermediate or advance)
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- The candidate must hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
- S/He must have demonstrated a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a challenging working environment
- The candidate must have a prior experience within an analytical space
- Prior experience in the telecoms industry is an added advantage but not a requirement
