Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Web Developer located in Accra, with some work from home acceptable. The Web Developer will be responsible for both front-end and back-end web development tasks, designing and programming web applications, and maintaining and improving the functionality of existing websites. The day-to-day tasks include coding, creating and managing website layout/user interface, integrating data from various back-end services and databases, and collaborating with designers and content creators to deliver a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Back-End Web Development and Programming skills
- Front-End Development and Web Design skills
- General Web Development skills
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the technology or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
