Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Risk Analyst for a full-time on-site role in Ashaiman. The Risk Analyst will evaluate financial and operational risks, analyze data to identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that align with the company’s objectives. Daily responsibilities include compiling and interpreting statistical data, preparing detailed risk reports, collaborating with relevant teams to mitigate potential risks, and ensuring compliance with established policies and regulations. This role is key to helping Eastpak maintain its reputation as a reliable distribution leader.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data and identify trends that inform risk identification and management
- Proficiency in Risk Analysis and Finance, including a solid understanding of financial systems and risk mitigation methods
- Experience with Statistics and quantitative methods, including proficiency in statistical tools and software
- Excellent Communication skills to prepare clear, concise reports and effectively present findings to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in a risk analysis or financial analyst role preferred
- Proficiency with risk assessment software and MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
