ABOUT

We are looking for a highly motivated Implementation engineer to join our implementation service team. You will join a small, expert team that supports the Banking software. The ideal candidate will have a good balance of building relationships with users, solving technical problems and knowledge of enterprise level systems.

ROLE

• Technical support and maintenance of the project on implementation of payment and depository systems
• Configuration, customization and installation of systems
• Troubleshooting through analysis of application logs and system software (Oracle DBMS, Windows, Linux, UNIX)
• Preparing installation packages for delivered software
• Updating and writing software installation documentation
• Interaction with testing, analytics and development teams
• Travel to clients in other countries during deployment, delivery, launch of implemented systems
• Active participation in the process of implementation of new systems at different stages (installation, training, testing)

ALL ABOUT YOU

• Knowledge of the basics of building computer networks
• Experience and skills in working with different OS: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux)
• Experience in administration of Windows Server, Linux, Solaris
• Knowledge of virtualization and containerization tools (VMware, Hyper-V, OVM, dockers, Kubernetes)
• Experience in configuring and/or installing clusters based on standard OS (Windows, Linux) is desirable
• Knowledge of scripting languages (bash, batch, powershell)
• Desirable experience in installation, configuration and administration of DBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle Database)
• Experience with software products is welcome:
• Jira, Confluence, Git, PL/SQL Developer, etc.
• Fluent in verbal and written French and English B2 must have
