About the Role
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in mobile platforms to join our team. In this role, you will own the design system and user experience for both our consumer-facing mobile app and our B2B partner application. Your work will shape usability, scalability, and adoption of innovative solutions in the sustainable technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Design System in Figma (components, tokens, variables).
- Design intuitive mobile UIs for features such as interactive maps, transaction flows, dashboards, and multirole B2B apps.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.
- Conduct competitive analysis, user stories, and journey mapping across personas.
- Perform usability testing, analyze results, and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and provide support during development and QA.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and actively participate in agile ceremonies.
Must-Have Qualifications
✔ 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a focus on mobile applications.
✔ Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, tokens, prototyping).
✔ Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app design projects.
✔ Experience building and maintaining scalable Design Systems.
✔ Solid understanding of iOS and Android guidelines.
✔ Knowledge of user research & usability testing methodologies.
✔ Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience with marketplace, logistics, or service platforms.
⭐ Familiarity with mapping and location-based interfaces.
⭐ Experience designing for B2B or enterprise applications.
⭐ Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
⭐ Experience with data visualization and dashboards.
