Job Title: Technical Product Administrator – Banking Systems

We are seeking a Technical Product Administrator to manage our core banking systems and platforms. You will work with our technical partner to oversee software selection, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions meet business goals, regulatory standards, and customer needs. You will act as the bridge between business teams and technology stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable banking products.

How you will contribute:
- Work with technical partner to define and manage banking products (loans, deposits, payments, accounts) aligned with strategy.
- Work with technical partner to translate business needs into functional requirements and system enhancements.
- Be part of managing product lifecycles: design, development, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver and improve solutions.
- Maintain documentation, manage user access, and provide training/support.
- Interact with various regulatory bodies on IT related matters affecting the organisation.
Your qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years in banking technology, fintech, or digital product management.
- Experience with core banking systems, integrations, APIs, and digital banking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and operations.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
What would be great to have:
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience creating system documentation and training teams.
