Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Systems Administrator located in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for:
- User Management – Create/drop modify users on Windows server
- Active Directory configurations, MFA, resource, and group management
- Start/shutdown/Reboot of physical servers and VMs, running in standalone and cluster setup
- Adding/Removing and modifying resources on Windows servers
- Alert monitoring and mitigation using SCOM, Zabbix, etc
- Applying Patches
- Backup and Restoration of VMs and files
- Collaboration with internal and external teams and vendors, e.g HP & Hitachi
- Other activities as required by the role
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 2+ Years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Equivalent
- Windows System Administration, Network Administration skills
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
- Knowledge of SCOM, SCCM, IAM & Zabbix
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
