Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Application Support Engineer at Adaptive Computer Solutions Limited. The role involves providing application and technical support, utilizing analytical skills for troubleshooting issues. While the position is based in Accra, there is flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Application Support and Technical Support skills
- Analytical Skills for effective troubleshooting
- Experience with support of applications and services running on both Linux and Windows environments
- Ability to automate tasks via Shell scripting and/or Powershell
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience in software development or IT support
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
