We re a fast-growing Social Media Management Agency looking for motivated people who want to build something big with us.

We’re scaling quickly and need committed team players who are ready to take ownership, work hard, and grow with the company.

Your Tasks:

1. Research viral content on TikTok, Instagram & other platforms

2. Create weekly content lists for different projects & niches

3. Manage posting calendars for selected accounts

4.Help run and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Threads, etc.)

5. Support daily posting & organization of Reels

6. Occasionally create basic content yourself (we ll train you)

Requirements:

– Loyal, reliable, and independent mindset

– Available 8 hours per day, 6 days per week

– Fast understanding & efficient communication

– At least 1 iPhone (preferably 2 3 devices) 

– Experience with social media (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, etc.) is a big plus

– Willingness to learn, work hard, and be part of a winning team

– Goal: grow with us long-term and take on more responsibility

Compensation:

– $2/hour starting rate

– Performance-based bonuses available

– Clear path to promotions once you understand the systems & show commitment
