Overview

We’re looking for a fast, product-minded engineer to own and ship onboarding flows, in-app guidance, product documentation, “what’s new” surfaces, and integrated support that makes Speechify Studio intuitive from day one. You’ll operate at the intersection of UX, frontend, growth, and customer success.

You’ll build React + Tailwind components, wire up tools like Intercom, Amplitude, and OpenAI APIs, and drive a seamless experience for both new and returning users. You’ll also connect analytics to our lifecycle and customer engagement tools—email, in-app messages, advertising—working closely with marketing to close the loop between product and growth. Expect to own both the interface and the language inside it, ship fast, and iterate constantly.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain user onboarding, in-app tours, and changelogs
• Create and keep up-to-date tutorials and product documentation
• Integrate support tools (Intercom bots, contextual FAQs, help surfaces)
• Connect analytics (Amplitude) to lifecycle tools (email, ads, CRM)
• Use OpenAI APIs to power dynamic product tips and smart helpers
• Polish UI with Tailwind, always aiming for clarity, speed, and brand alignment

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• 5+ years with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Excellent written English—you’re as confident writing copy as writing code
• Hands-on experience building onboarding, documentation, or growth loops
• Comfort with Amplitude, Intercom, OpenAI APIs, and email/CRM integration
• You ship fast, iterate constantly, and thrive with full ownership
