You should apply if you have:

  • 2 years of invoice processing/accounts payable experience preferred
  • Excellent English proficiency – written and verbal
  • Detail and accuracy-oriented individual who enjoys investigating issues
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in cloud computing – Salesforce is a plus
  • You will need to be available to work Monday-Tuesday-Friday (8 hours per day)
  • Available for the first week Monday-Friday (8hours per day) for Training
  • Ability to quickly learn new web-based technologies
  • Confidence, as well as strong verbal & written communication skills when interacting with clients
  • Problem solver with the ability to discover problems and find solutions to them
  • A motivated, driven, self-starter…We love those with grit and accountability!

You will be responsible for:

  • Review, track and approve invoices for funding
  • Communicate with brokers to verify invoice details
  • Collect required documents from brokers and clients
  • Manage the status of invoices according to provided criteria
  • Assist team members from different tiers with complex invoice issues
  • Maintain broker & client relationship with consistent follow-ups to strengthen client rapport
  • Document – log all communication notes in Bobtail Portal to document invoice notes.
  • Communicate – We are committed to growth, so your ability to communicate users’ experiences and understand when and where to escalate is essential
