Job Overview

CoreNett is seeking a talented Backend Software Developer to help build and maintain our technology platforms. This role will involve developing microservices, integrating various APIs, and incorporating AI functionalities to deliver advanced solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, secure, and user-friendly backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems focused on fintech applications.
• Build and implement a microservices architecture to support a range of fintech services.
• Design, develop, and integrate APIs with third-party clients and businesses.
• Work on AI training models and integrate AI functionalities to enhance fintech services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and data scientists to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve functionality and security.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and participate in code reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java with Spring Boot. Knowledge and experience in python would be welcome
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in RESTful and/or GraphQL API development and integration.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and experience with AI model training and deployment.
• Familiarity with databases, including relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of data protection and compliance, especially in fintech.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fintech or a related industry.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Understanding of big data processing and fintech data standards.
