Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, and React Native to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications, building responsive user interfaces, and managing API integrations and cloud deployments. This role requires a proactive developer with a strong foundation in both backend and frontend technologies, DevOps practices, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Ruby on Rails, React.js, and React Native.

• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with Vite.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.

• Implement and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including integration with third-party services.

• Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure using AWS and modern DevOps tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solid hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development.

• Strong proficiency with React.js and React Native for both web and mobile platforms.

• Expertise in frontend build tools and frameworks: Vite.js, Next.js, ES6+, and TypeScript.

• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design/data modelling.

• Experience working with relational databases, specifically MySQL.

• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab, and agile development workflows.

• Experience with Docker and containerised deployments.

• Background in Test-Driven Development (TDD), using frameworks such as RSpec or Minitest.

• Exposure to mobile app deployment processes on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Adaptable in learning and leveraging new tools to deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Full Stack Development, Cloud Services (AWS), or DevOps will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development roles.
