Salary: GHS 4,000 – 5,000 net per month (Base + Performance Incentives)

We’re looking for a capable, commercially minded professional to join our frontline operations team as a Customer Support & Revenue Specialist.

This role is central to how we serve our customers and grow our business. It involves day-to-day responsibilities like confirming orders, handling enquiries, and resolving delivery or payment issues; but goes further. You’ll also be expected to think commercially, identify revenue opportunities in customer interactions, and contribute insights that help improve our performance across Supply Master, Auto Supply Master, and Look Alyfe. This role plays a key part in how we drive both customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Customer Interaction Management

  • Manage incoming communications across WhatsApp, phone, and email.
  • Confirm orders, follow up on pending payments, and respond to product or delivery enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints or delivery issues in collaboration with the fulfillment team.

Revenue Contribution & Commercial Execution

  • Recommend alternative or higher-value product options to increase order value when stock is unavailable or preferences are unclear.
  • Follow up on abandoned carts, incomplete orders, or delayed confirmations to recover potential lost revenue.
  • Identify customers with potential for repeat or bulk purchases and engage them accordingly, or escalate to the appropriate internal team.

Customer Insight & Commercial Support

  • Share recurring customer feedback and product-related concerns that may impact sales or satisfaction.
  • Identify points of friction in the customer journey and raise them internally for resolution.
  • Support the continuous improvement of sales and service outcomes by highlighting actionable patterns observed during daily interactions.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, fulfillment, marketing, and B2B teams to ensure a seamless experience from enquiry to post-delivery.
  • Support internal efforts to improve the customer journey by providing practical, data-backed recommendations.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within eCommerce, business development, sales, telecom, B2B, financial services, SME client engagement, or related industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and empathetic tone.
  • Commercially aware. You understand the value of each customer interaction and how it contributes to business growth.
  • Experience converting enquiries into sales, upsells, or repeat business through follow-up and proactive communication.
  • Understands sales pipelines, customer value, and the importance of driving both one-time purchases and long-term retention.
  • Confident using CRM, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and internal order or customer management systems to handle tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and personal accountability for performance.
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics, and motivated by clear outcomes.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment and adapts quickly to changes in workflow, tools, or customer behavior.
