As a Customer Support Operations Agent, you will work in a young and energetic team. You’ll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient, in addition to creating the best customer experience.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting Bolt’s users and helping them get the most out of our apps.
- Relying on Bolt’s best practices as well as your common sense.
- Helping improve our processes and frameworks, interacting with counterparts in other Bolt markets.
- Being part of shaping an exceptional customer experience for our Ride-hailing and Delivery customers.

- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You have a positive and hard-working attitude
- You have attention to details
- You are willing to work daytime and evening shifts
- You are willing to work (some) weekends
