We are seeking a Product Associate to join our AI Solutions team. In this hands-on role, you will support our team of Machine Learning Engineers in the end-to-end development and delivery of AI Solutions by managing Scrum processes, project timelines, documentation, administration, client communications, and providing technical support for AI model development. You are organized, collaborative, experienced in project management and cross-functional coordination, with a proactive approach to self-driven continuous learning (AI literacy) to supplement formal training provided. We require a strong individual contributor with a strategic mindset, possessing the ability to unblock your team, establish best practices, and drive excellence in the delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Manage project timelines and client communications throughout the product development and deployment lifecycle.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and updates, ensuring effective management of resources and project tracking for successful delivery.
• Scrum Master:
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Track Scrum activities using Trello, ensuring project alignment, timely delivery, and elimination of uncontrolled scope creep.
• Support the engineering team by removing blockers and ensuring smooth communication.
• Documentation:
• Manage development and upkeep of SOPs, playbooks, reports, and secure storage of sensitive materials.
• Drive development of AI Solutions data governance and compliance, ensuring all team members are trained on procedures to maintain zero breeches.
• Data Collection and Management:
• Ensure data is accurate, relevant, and compliant with privacy standards, while maintaining comprehensive databases and documentation.
• Coordinate the collection and cleaning of datasets and lead non-technical aspects of model training, supporting technical team members in producing robust documentation and reports.
• Product Support and Research:
• Conduct market research to understand existing human workflows and value-driving Agentic AI opportunities in target verticals.
• Analyze trends in AI and continuous advancements.
• Assist in gathering and interpreting end-user feedback to enhance AI models and inform product decisions/iterations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Machine Learning Engineers and the wider Data Science team to align AI model development with enterprise needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate the value of AI features to stakeholders, producing brochures and assisting with the delivery of workshops.
• Technical Skills Application:
• Learn the fundamentals of front-end engineering, back-end engineering, software development, and cloud computing (AWS).
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to ensure the application of state-of-the-art techniques.
• Create and disseminate visual representations of technical workflows on Mira and demonstratethe ability to inform technical decision making and communicate technical components to non-technical stakeholders.
• Optimize workflows and scalability of production-grade Agentic solutions using technical tools and platforms.

Qualifications REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, and 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred. A relevant Master’s Degree is a plus.

• Sprint Completion Rate: Track timely completion of sprints.
• Shipping Velocity Improvement: Measure and improve team productivity.
• Meeting Efficiency: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of meetings, stand-ups, and planning sessions to protect team members’ calendars (productivity) and maximise billable hours.
• Project Management
• On-time Delivery: Drive on-time project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Client Satisfaction: Gather feedback on project communication and delivery, proactively course-correcting based on data-driven insights.
• Documentation Compliance: Ensure compliance adherence of project resources. Proactively research and implement compliance standards required by enterprise clients in our target verticals.
• Data Collection and Management
• Data Accuracy: Support the technical team in sourcing and assessing the accuracy of collected datasets for AI models.
• Data Timeliness: Track timely data collection for model training.
• Database Integrity: Ensure accurate and comprehensive data documentation.
• Product Support and Research
• Task Completion: Support the Solutions Unit Lead by successfully completing assigned research tasks.
• Research Quality: Conduct research and produce actionable insights for strategic product decisions and improvements.
• Technical Skill Application
• Workflow Optimization: Track and deliver improvements in processes related to solution architectures and cloud computing (AWS).
• Technical Feature Scalability: Evaluate the successful integration of APIs and measure model accuracy, drift, and downtime.
