We run our own trained rider fleet, three Flutter apps (customer, vendor, driver), and a rhino mascot who&#8217;s about to start moving \u2014 in-app Rive animations, Lottie micro-interactions and a steady stream of short-form video for Meta and TikTok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ryno is part of a larger group of Ghanaian brands, so the work isn&#8217;t limited to Ryno \u2014 you&#8217;ll also take on animation and video projects for our sister companies.<br>What you&#8217;ll do<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and build interactive animations for our mobile apps and websites using <strong>Rive<\/strong> and <strong>Lottie<\/strong> \u2014 onboarding flows, loaders, micro-interactions, icons, empty states, celebration moments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce short-form video content for Meta, TikTok and YouTube: motion graphics, product explainers, promo spots, animated ads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit and finish live-action footage \u2014 cuts, color, sound, captions, platform-specific versions (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with developers to hand off animations correctly (state machines, inputs, file size, runtime constraints)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain a reusable animation library and motion guidelines across the group&#8217;s brands<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn briefs around fast \u2014 we ship a high volume of creative every week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Must have<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3+ years in motion design \/ animation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong portfolio with <strong>real shipped Rive and Lottie animations<\/strong> \u2014 not just concepts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid After Effects (with Bodymovin\/LottieFiles workflow) and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of how animations run in production: performance, file weight, what breaks in Flutter\/React Native\/web<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good eye for typography, timing and composition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable with tight deadlines and multiple brands at once<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nice to have<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Figma proficiency and experience working from design systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rive state machines and data binding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D) or character animation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with paid social creative and what performs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sound design basics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":3100,"template":"","recruiter-features":[],"job-types":[13],"tjig-job-categories":[67],"class_list":["post-3099","tjig-jobs","type-tjig-jobs","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-types-remote","tjig-job-categories-adobe-creative-suite"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.9 (Yoast SEO v27.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-premium-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Motion &amp;
