We leverage web technology, data analysis, and community engagement to ensure the safe collection, disposal, and management of electronic and plastic waste. Through innovation and circular economy solutions, we are transforming how waste is collected, recycled, and reused across Ghana while scaling sustainable impact across Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of our digital innovation efforts, we developed AYAT, our flagship digital platform. AYAT is an AI-powered marketplace that digitizes the collection, sourcing, and purchasing of e-waste by connecting e-waste generators, local recyclers, and off-takers to enable easy and seamless trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To support the expansion and long-term growth of the AYAT ecosystem, AppCyclers is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and technically skilled professional to join our team as an AYAT Product Manager.Position Details<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position:<\/strong> Product Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emplacement:<\/strong> Tamale<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-Time (In-Person)About the Role<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The AYAT Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall coordination, growth, management, and continuous improvement of the AYAT platform. The successful candidate will serve as the lead person coordinating the product\u2019s development, maintenance, scaling, user engagement, and strategic expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role requires a combination of product management, technical expertise, innovation, and operational coordination. The selected candidate will work closely with developers, users, partners, and management to ensure the platform continues to evolve and deliver value across the circular economy ecosystem.Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead the day-to-day management, maintenance, and operational coordination of the AYAT platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and support the development, testing, and deployment of new platform features and functionalities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the design and development of additional digital tools and components connected to the AYAT ecosystem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write, review, and contribute to code development where necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with programming languages including Java, Python, and C++<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the integration and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within the platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement strategies to increase platform growth, user adoption, and engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate user onboarding and organize training and support sessions for platform users and stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor product performance, identify gaps, and recommend innovative improvements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate communication between technical teams, users, partners, and management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support digital innovation initiatives, partnerships, and product scaling opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent AppCyclers and the AYAT platform during meetings, workshops, conferences, and project-related activities, including international engagements where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be between 20 and 35 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold at least a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a developer, product manager, technical lead, or in a related role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate practical experience in Java, Python, and C++ programming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital products, or emerging technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong technical, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have excellent communication and organizational abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be willing to work full-time and be physically based in Tamale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a valid passport and be willing to travel outside Ghana for work-related assignments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Salary<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salary will be negotiated based on qualifications, technical capacity, and experience.Application Deadline<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>28th May, 2026How to Apply<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested applicants should submit their CV and Application Letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications should be sent to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>hello@appcyclers.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subject Line:<\/strong> Application for AYAT Product Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":3045,"template":"","recruiter-features":[],"job-types":[11],"tjig-job-categories":[67,76,75],"class_list":["post-3044","tjig-jobs","type-tjig-jobs","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-types-full-time","tjig-job-categories-adobe-creative-suite","tjig-job-categories-devops-engineers","tjig-job-categories-project-management"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v24.8 (Yoast SEO v25.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Product Manager | Tech Jobs In Ghana<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"AppCyclers is a Tamale-based social enterprise founded in 2019.
