This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with digital tools, performing side-by-side evaluations, and providing clear, well-supported justifications based on fact-checking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform side-by-side (SxS) evaluations on GHD, comparing outputs and assessing quality, accuracy, and relevance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct fact-checking to validate information and identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide detailed, well-structured justifications to support evaluation decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow established evaluation guidelines and quality standards consistently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use browser-based tools and extensions to support analysis and review tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute simple command-line instructions when required to support evaluation workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document findings clearly and communicate insights to stakeholders when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Solid comfort using a computer in a professional setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with browser extensions and online tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to run basic command-line commands (no advanced programming required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High attention to detail and ability to justify decisions clearly and objectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working with evaluation frameworks, comparisons, and structured analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good written communication skills in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nice to Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous experience with evaluation, annotation, QA, or audit-type work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with data quality, content evaluation, or model\/output assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background in business analysis, operations, or process improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Perks of Freelancing With Turing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible working hours and a fully remote environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunity to contribute to impactful research initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Offer Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commitment Required: 30 hours per week minimum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engagement Type: Contractor\/Freelancer (no medical or paid leave).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time Overlap: Some overlap with UTC-8:00 (2\u20135 hrs\/day) America\/Los_Angeles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an analytical challenge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the assessment is cleared, you\u2019re ready to start contributing!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>After applying, you will receive an email with a login link.
