Job Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager<\/strong> to help our growing team scale our product support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Monthly salary range: <\/strong>$2000 – $2500 USD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 You\u2019ll be key in supporting new & existing customers with your product expertise and ensuring their property listings perform optimally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 If you enjoy helping customers learn software products, coordinating between teams, managing timelines, and constantly improving processes, this role is for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 This position is ideal for someone who\u2019s tech-savvy, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about delivering high-quality service experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 This role is set as a long-term independent contractor <\/strong>position. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Scalable Customer Onboarding & Success:\u00a0<\/strong>Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process with our software platform, setting them up for success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ongoing Customer Support:\u00a0<\/strong>Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing questions about software and services as the product expert, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Project Coordination:<\/strong>\u00a0Coordinate bug reports and feature requests between operations, support, and development teams. Manage timelines and coordinate efforts between teams of writers, editors, and customers to ensure smooth execution of services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Service Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Oversee ongoing professional services for listing optimization to ensure client satisfaction and maximum revenue generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Process Improvement:<\/strong>\u00a0Identify ways to improve project workflows and service processes, contributing to overall efficiency and customer success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Performance Monitoring:<\/strong>\u00a0Regularly analyze and report on customer performance metrics, ensuring consistent improvements and identifying growth opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Smart Support Optimization<\/strong>: Utilize AI to enhance response efficiency without losing the personal touch that drives customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We\u2019re Looking For Someone Who Has\/Is:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Minimum 1 year in customer service, ideally in a startup or technology environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with Airbnb and the vacation rental market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Tech-savvy, proficient in using support software and quick to learn new tools and systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Forward-thinking, intuitive, and action-oriented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Personable with exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and in video).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding startup environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fluent in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
