{"id":2940,"date":"2026-05-25T09:16:53","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T09:16:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/techjobsinghana.com\/?post_type=tjig-jobs&#038;p=2940"},"modified":"2026-05-25T09:17:09","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T09:17:09","slug":"digital-systems-and-data-expert","status":"publish","type":"tjig-jobs","link":"https:\/\/techjobsinghana.com\/fr\/tjig-jobs\/digital-systems-and-data-expert\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital Systems and Data Expert"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-about-the-job\">About the job<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NTU International A\/S <\/strong>is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called:<strong> Technical Assistance to ECOWAS in Transport Governance <\/strong>and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>overall objective<\/strong> of this assignment is to promote sustainable, smart, resilient and safe mobility to strengthen land, air and water transport regulatory frameworks in the ECOWAS region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Location<\/strong>: Abuja, Nigeria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duration<\/strong>: The intended start date is <strong>15 January 2027 <\/strong>and the period of implementation of the contract will be<strong> 48 months <\/strong>from this date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Expert: Digital Systems and Data Expert<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u261d\ufe0f Minimum Qualifications and skills:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A university degree in information technology, data analytics, computer science, AI or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desirable, a post-graduate degree (Master\u2019s level or equivalent) is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English or French, with at least good working knowledge of the other language being an asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong skills in the design, development, and management of digital information systems and data platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u261d\ufe0f General professional experience:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 15 years of professional experience in digital systems, information management, data analytics, or related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in or with developing countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u261d\ufe0fSpecific professional experience:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in developing and managing digital platforms, databases, or observatories in the fields of transport, logistics, infrastructure, or regional integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with data standards, interoperability, and data governance frameworks is an asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in applying digital tools for monitoring corridor performance, road safety, or logistics flows will be considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or sent to recruitment@ntu.eu.
