Ghana)<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ERP (Navision and Business Central):<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring that all necessary data procedures for the smooth running of the Navision Software is processed correctly according to agreed standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidate should be well versed in Microsoft Business Central (BC) and\/or Navision 2016 administration, configuration, user support, reporting, and system maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical support, troubleshooting etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining a user handbook and an online help section for Navision Data entry users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servers Maintenance:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Server monitoring and maintenance (Windows platform)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Networking:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Network configuration and troubleshooting for Local Network, VPN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to ensure good functioning and configurations of routers, switches and firewall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Domain, DNS, Hosting and IT infrastructure support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with Consultant to develop roles for Navision and Business Central<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensure that the roles developed are implemented correctly for users throughout Ghana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EMAIL Server:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email server setup and configuration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backup &amp; Storage:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring backup configuration and monitoring for all our serves whether local or cloud based.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Support:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At both software and hardware level: Office, ERP, SQL, Printers, scanners, POS\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination with third party IT suppliers and Navision consultants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper training on Navision processes according to employees\u2019 profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 3 years Navision experience &#8211; It is must<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consistently follows through on commitments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good Communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work weekends &amp; propensity to learn &amp; grow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Skills: troubleshooting,training,technical
