The role combines business intelligence, statistical modelling, and strategic finance support, enabling leadership to make informed decisions in a high-growth fintech and loyalty platform environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Revenue &amp; Financial Modelling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop dynamic revenue forecasting models incorporating factors such as points issuance growth, customer penetration rates, partner acquisition, and campaign performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform sensitivity analysis on key business drivers including pricing changes, sales growth assumptions, and partner prepayment structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Model revenue scenarios (Base, Slow Growth, Aggressive Expansion) to support strategic planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support 12\u201318 month financial and revenue forecasts for budgeting and planning processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redemption &amp; Liability Analytics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyse historical redemption patterns and customer behaviour trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Model redemption rate sensitivity scenarios (e.g., 20%, 50%, 75%, 90% redemption rates).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forecast future redemption liabilities and monitor exposure levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse the potential liquidity impact of redemption spikes or promotional campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advanced Data Analytics &amp; Predictive Modelling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop cohort and segmentation models to analyse user behaviour and engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform regression analysis to identify key drivers of revenue and platform activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modelling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop predictive models for:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>o Customer churn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o Redemption probability<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o Campaign performance and ROI<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyse large transactional datasets to uncover business and operational insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Business Intelligence &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure executives and operational teams have access to accurate and timely data insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present analytical insights and scenario modelling results to senior leadership and the executive team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate complex data analysis into clear commercial recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strategic Finance &amp; Investor Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support investor reporting, board reporting, and strategic planning with analytical insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Commercial teams to support data-driven decision making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide analytical input into new product launches, campaigns, and partner strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Data Governance &amp; Analytics Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and mentor members of the data analytics function where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish data quality standards and governance frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with technology teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5+ years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial modelling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in fintech, loyalty platforms, e-commerce, or other high-transaction environments is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, predictive analytics, and scenario analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Required Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advanced SQL and database querying.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and predictive modelling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced Excel financial modelling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and predictive modelling techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with large transactional datasets and data pipelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business
