If we succeed, we believe this will be one of the most important tasks of our time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"responsibilities-heading\">\ud83c\udf0e About this Role:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Partnerships Manager&nbsp;<\/strong>at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/safetywing.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SafetyWing<\/a>, you\u2019ll play a key role in expanding and evolving our Ambassador program for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/safetywing.com\/nomad-insurance?selectedPlan=NOMAD_INSURANCE_ESSENTIAL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nomad Insurance Complete<\/a>. You\u2019ll find and support our network of ambassadors with care and personalized attention as we scale the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partnerships with affiliates and content creators have successfully supported the tremendous growth of SafetyWing since the launch of the Nomad Insurance product in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our influencer program (the ambassador program) was created in-house and designed according to our unique values of authenticity and simplicity. As a result, it became the most strategic growth channel for Nomad Insurance, accounting for more than 35% of sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcbb Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifying and nurturing new ambassadors and partners who are a strong fit for our Nomad Insurance Complete ambassador program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting thoughtful, genuine outreach to build new ambassador relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading 1:1 calls to pitch, onboard and negotiate sponsorships or partnership terms with new ambassadors.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting ambassadors through early activation and helping them successfully promote Nomad Insurance Complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing ambassador partnerships, including budgets, timelines, and campaign execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring performance across outreach efforts and ambassador portfolios to understand what\u2019s working and where to iterate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exploring and testing creative ways to scale the acquisition and growth of high-quality ambassadors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"skills-heading\">\ud83e\uddea We are looking for someone who<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Has experience and a strong interest in developing in the sales\/partnerships field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has hands-on experience with ambassador, affiliate, or influencer-led growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has experience working autonomously and understands remote work specifics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understands influencer marketing, blogging and SEO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has a \u201cgo-getter attitude\u201d: an entrepreneurial spirit who creatively solves problems and works independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extra shine if you\u2019re comfortable working in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\ude00 We like to work with people who:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Want to help build a global social safety net on the
