You will work as the bridge between frontline support and engineering, ensuring critical incidents are resolved efficiently while improving processes to prevent future issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Advanced Troubleshooting: Address and resolve complex technical issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate and work closely with engineering, product and support teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify the underlying causes of critical issues and improve processes to prevent recurrence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be the point of contact for high-severity or escalated customer cases, ensuring clear communication and satisfactory resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide critical issue response by connecting extensively with customers on live calls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability and\/or willingness to use\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/accounts.cloud.camunda.io\/signup?_ga=2.47330343.127558761.1654184528-504024057.1654184528\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">our product<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 or more years of technical experience with Camunda or similar products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on working experience with Java\/J2EE.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Able to troubleshoot Java\/Spring based applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to build simple Java\/Spring boot based projects for the purpose of replicating the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in working with one of the build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Chart, REST web services, Elasticsearch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with one of the Relational Databases such as Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server (able to write simple SQL queries, analyze data in database)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SaaS\/Cloud Product Support experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aptitude for quickly understanding complex technical issues, understand a Customer\u2019s expectations, products and underlying architecture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outstanding communication skills including the ability to match a Customer\u2019s communication style and de-escalate stressful situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>This role is an existing vacancy<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>#LI-AL1 #LI-Remote C1 C2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We Have to Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation.
