Today, more than 30 networks across exchanges, real-world assets, and consumer applications are built on Celestia\u2019s foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the Team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Celestia Labs Team is remote first and highly distributed, with English as our primary language for communication. We are looking for self-starters that are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Much of the team lives and works in the European timezones. As such, team members are expected to be available as needed for scheduled team meetings between the general hours of 1pm-6pm CET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role reports directly to the CEO and will manage a team of 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019re an experienced product leader who has led product strategy and teams in technically complex, market-driven environments. You\u2019re familiar with infrastructure and blockchain products, and you bring rigor and repeatable success in defining and executing product strategies. You\u2019re comfortable operating at the executive level, making clear tradeoffs, and owning outcomes as products scale to support demanding use cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-responsibilities\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Own product strategy and prioritisation across Celestia&#8217;s product portfolio, ensuring decisions are grounded in market needs and deliver measurable outcomes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and develop the Product Team, setting clear direction and accountability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously assess the competitive landscape, and conduct win\/loss analysis to understand how we differentiate and why prospects choose us or competitors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish rigorous user research practices: define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), interview users regularly, build accurate user stories, implement systems to track acquisition stages, and create feedback loops across BD, Sales, DevEx, and Engineering teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shift from feature-based to outcome-based roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs, ensuring rationale and assumptions are well-documented and communicated to current and prospective users<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with BD and Marketing on user-specific pitches, one-pagers, and external materials that effectively communicate our product differentiators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to drive successful execution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent product at the executive level and contribute to company-wide strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-who-you-are\">Qui \u00eates-vous<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record of building and scaling product functions at similar tech companies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep expertise in user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision making<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience establishing product roadmaps, KPIs, and accountability frameworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated rigor and repeatable success in defining and executing product strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with engineering teams to balance technical constraints with user needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crypto-native background with deep understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto product landscape<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-perks\">Perks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flexible and remote work environment with multiple onsites each year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive salary and meaningful long-term compensation package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stipends for home office, coworking space, professional and personal growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 weeks annual vacation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>401k and healthcare coverage for US team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>While experience in the blockchain space is preferred \u2013 having general excitement about web3 and modular blockchain technology is a must!<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":2800,"template":"","recruiter-features":[],"job-types":[13],"tjig-job-categories":[70,75,10,7],"class_list":["post-2799","tjig-jobs","type-tjig-jobs","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-types-remote","tjig-job-categories-blockchain","tjig-job-categories-project-management","tjig-job-categories-tech-support","tjig-job-categories-ui-ux-designers"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v24.8 (Yoast SEO v25.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Head of Product | Tech Jobs In Ghana<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"About Celestia Labs Celestia is the first modular L1 blockchain, built for the extreme speed and specialization required to take crypto mainstream.
