The Role:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a Senior Python AI Engineer<\/strong> to join our fast-growing Network, who will design and develop backend systems and APIs for AI-powered applications. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of data-driven products across various platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we are looking for:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Strong proficiency in Python (5+ years), including modern frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) for custom modeling beyond LLM APIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience with prototyping tools: Streamlit, Gradio<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Solid experience designing RESTful APIs and microservice architectures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strong backend development expertise, including databases (SQL\/NoSQL).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI\/CD workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, ideally Kubernetes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Understanding of security best practices for handling sensitive data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and performance bottlenecks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Excellent technical communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with broader team goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Intermediate-advanced English level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Time zone: CET (+\/- 3 hours). We are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    AI\/ML & LLM Ecosystem:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • LLM orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, FAISS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hands-on with LLMs & APIs: OpenAI (GPT-5\/5-mini), Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, Mistral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock for accessing and deploying foundation models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Prompt engineering and structured output design (JSON mode, function calling).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Model fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA) and evaluation frameworks (DeepEval, Ragas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Design and develop backend systems and APIs for AI-powered applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Build and optimize LLM-based workflows, including chatbots, copilots, and automation tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Implement RAG architectures using vector databases and document pipelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Integrate and orchestrate cloud-hosted foundation models (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, Mistral).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, product managers, and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end AI products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ensure performance, scalability, and cost optimization of AI solutions in production environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
