Several of our largest clients have been with us for 7+ years, and many spend $500K+\/year with Testlio.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-would-your-day-look-like\">What would your day look like?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and expand ETL pipeline and data workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and Maintain Data Warehouse marts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage recurring data processes using Python, SQL, or Airflow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting analysts with structured, clean datasets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building analysis and dashboards in BI tools such as Quicksight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-do-you-need-to-succeed\">What do you need to succeed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4-6 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science roles.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in building and optimising data pipelines.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with AWS, including data platforms, ETL tools, and APIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong SQL Experience and Complex query writing experience.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Python.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with AWS data solutions and Redshift.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a process-driven mindset, and resourcefulness.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in building visualizations and dashboards using BI tools (AWS Quicksight preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Human Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Team player with a roll-up your sleeves and get it done attitude.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business orientation to translate technical outputs into meaningful customer value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptability to thrive in fast-changing environments where priorities evolve as we scale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mentorship mindset to share knowledge and uplift teammates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A growth mindset to continuously refine your craft, stay current with advances in finance, and seek feedback to improve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-the-application-process\">What is the application process?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We do our best to bring on individuals who will be excited about their role and have the potential for a great future with Testlio.
