You&#8217;ll be in charge of defining, scoping, and prioritizing features on a roadmap for our web dApps, including the Marketplace, Events, Builder or Account, as well as working in collaboration with other PMs and Designers. Our ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and thrives on collaboration and ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-responsibilities\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work with the business stakeholders in establishing the\u00a0<strong>roadmap<\/strong>, that aligns with the project&#8217;s vision, mission and goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the go-to expert for your products, ensuring vision and execution are clear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business needs into well-structured requirements, user stories, and PRDs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead discovery, design, and UAT sessions, ensuring features deliver user and business value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with fellow PMs to align priorities across dApps and shared dependencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Data &amp; UX teams to understand user behavior and make data-driven decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with Engineering to iterate on feasible solutions and align on milestones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive go-to-market and rollout strategies in partnership with Marketing and Community teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage directly with our creator and player communities to bring the user voice into product decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-requirements\">The Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4+ years of product management experience in tech, gaming, e-commerce, or related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and delivering impactful features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrable expertise in end to end Project Management with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of technology fundamentals and solutions.\u00a0Data &amp; Analytics\u00a0are a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English proficiency (written and spoken).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science or a business-related field, Master\u2019s preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-nice-to-haves\">The nice-to-haves<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in\u00a0<strong>marketplaces, e-commerce, or creator platforms<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to\u00a0<strong>Web3 concepts<\/strong>\u00a0(wallets, blockchain, smart contracts, NFTs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background in UX research or design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in Spanish (collaboration with LATAM &amp; Spain teammates).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for gaming, social apps, or virtual communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-we-offer\">What we offer:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A fully remote and flexible working environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A collaborative and fast-moving team culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>29 annual PTOs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Long-term incentive of MANA tokens, vested over a 4-year period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional tokens linked to annual performance review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stipend policy to cover remote work &amp; wellness-related expenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brand-new equipment for remote work, including laptop, screen and chair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parental leave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reimbursement for English\/Spanish lessons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual team offsite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About Decentraland Foundation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Decentraland Foundation is a steward of the Decentraland platform, dedicated to ensuring its long-term growth, security, and sustainability.
