The focus is on creating high-fidelity computer-use exercises that capture real Document Formatting Automation workflows\u2014complete with starting context, step-by-step actions, decision points, and final deliverables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Author realistic tasks: Produce 3-5 end-to-end Document Formatting Automation scenarios weekly that mirror actual professional work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document comprehensive workflows: Capture starting context, on-screen actions, tool usage, time estimates, and alternative approaches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create authentic deliverables: Provide real artifacts (reports, configs, analyses, documentation) as task outputs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply quality standards: Self-grade work using provided rubrics and identify common failure patterns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iterate based on feedback: Rapidly incorporate QA insights to enhance clarity and coverage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ years of professional experience in Document Formatting Automation or closely related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English fluency (native or near-native proficiency required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical aptitude strongly preferred\u2014STEM degree, data science background, or demonstrated skills in SQL, scripting, spreadsheets, or version control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional written communication\u2014ability to transform implicit expertise into explicit, reproducible instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tool proficiency with standard Document Formatting Automation software and platforms\u2014please specify these in your application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PROJECT TIMELINE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Initial calibration: Paid 1-hour assessment within 3 days of acceptance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pilot phase: 1-week paid pilot to demonstrate capabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extended engagement: Successful pilots lead to 2-month contracts with potential for extension or full-time opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time commitment: 10-20 hours per week during pilot and contract phases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">COMPENSATION &amp; CONTRACT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hourly rate: $25-45\/hr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employment type: At-will contractor to Pareto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geographic flexibility: Remote work from anywhere; compensation adjusted by location while maintaining competitiveness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa requirements: We cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">APPLICATION &amp; ONBOARDING PROCESS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For immediate consideration, please complete our interest survey: https:\/\/coda.io\/d\/_dnD12lb_IBy\/Thank-you-for-your-interest-in-Peridot67_suyCXt6H<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application process includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.
