more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The code you ship will directly shape how global campaigns are run for the world\u2019s biggest artists like Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar and Calvin Harris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-role-description\">Role description<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll start with daily maintenance and support tickets, then grow into deeper backend ownership \u2014 improving performance, fixing bugs, and building new features that matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019re reliable, detail-focused, and proactive: someone who can keep the lights on while making the system better every week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Commitment:<\/strong>&nbsp;Minimum 4 hours per day, but ideally 6-8 hours per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contract:<\/strong>&nbsp;Will start as month-to-month freelance, with the option to move to long-term hire if it\u2019s a great fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Timezone:<\/strong>&nbsp;We\u2019re prioritising candidates located between Europe and Australia, with at least 4 metrics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducing GCP costs through smarter infrastructure decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Migrating GCP Gen1 to Gen2 cloud functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving CI\/CD deployment processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleaning up old\/unused database tables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-who-we-re-looking-for\">Who We\u2019re Looking For<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4+ years of experience as a backend or full stack engineer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written communicator (we\u2019re async and remote-first)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working autonomously day to day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trustworthy, conscientious, and detail-oriented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pragmatic: proud of your code but focused on simplicity and maintainability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curious and eager to learn, especially in a fast-moving SaaS startup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in fully remote async teams is a
