In this role, you will&nbsp;<strong>own the design system and user experience<\/strong>&nbsp;for both our consumer-facing mobile app and our B2B partner application. Your work will shape usability, scalability, and adoption of innovative solutions in the&nbsp;<strong>sustainable technology sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are passionate about designing intuitive mobile interfaces, building scalable design systems, and delivering impactful digital products \u2014 this role is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain a\u00a0<strong>comprehensive Design System in Figma<\/strong>\u00a0(components, tokens, variables).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design\u00a0<strong>intuitive mobile UIs<\/strong>\u00a0for features such as interactive maps, transaction flows, dashboards, and multirole B2B apps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop\u00a0<strong>high-fidelity prototypes<\/strong>\u00a0for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct\u00a0<strong>competitive analysis, user stories, and journey mapping<\/strong>\u00a0across personas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform usability testing, analyze results, and iterate on designs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with developers to ensure\u00a0<strong>smooth implementation<\/strong>\u00a0and provide support during development and QA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present design concepts to stakeholders and actively participate in\u00a0<strong>agile ceremonies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Must-Have Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 3+ years of&nbsp;<strong>UX\/UI design experience<\/strong>&nbsp;with a focus on mobile applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 Expert proficiency in&nbsp;<strong>Figma<\/strong>&nbsp;(components, auto-layout, variants, tokens, prototyping).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 Strong&nbsp;<strong>portfolio<\/strong>&nbsp;demonstrating mobile app design projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 Experience building and maintaining&nbsp;<strong>scalable Design Systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 Solid understanding of&nbsp;<strong>iOS and Android guidelines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 Knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>user research &amp; usability testing<\/strong>&nbsp;methodologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714 Fluent English communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2b50 Experience with&nbsp;<strong>marketplace, logistics, or service platforms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2b50 Familiarity with&nbsp;<strong>mapping and location-based interfaces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2b50 Experience designing for&nbsp;<strong>B2B or enterprise applications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2b50 Understanding of&nbsp;<strong>WCAG accessibility standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2b50 Experience with&nbsp;<strong>data visualization and dashboards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2b50 Knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>agile development practices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":1549,"template":"","recruiter-features":[],"job-types":[13],"tjig-job-categories":[7],"class_list":["post-2489","tjig-jobs","type-tjig-jobs","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-types-remote","tjig-job-categories-ui-ux-designers"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.9 (Yoast SEO v27.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-premium-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>UX\/UI Designer | Tech Jobs In Ghana<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"About the Role We are seeking a talented&nbsp;UX\/UI Designer&nbsp;with strong expertise in&nbsp;mobile platforms&nbsp;to join our team.
