With headquarters in Germany, we have over 400 strong team members based in Ghana (Takoradi, Kumasi and Accra) and Rwanda (Kigali).<br><br><strong>Job Details<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hybrid work model \u2013 3 days from office, 2 days remote<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Job Location \u2013 Ghana (Accra or Takoradi, or Kumasi); Rwanda (Kigali)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Job Type: Full-time,40 hours\/week with a hybrid work model<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Job Description<br><br>We are seeking a highly skilled MLOPs Engineer with deep experience in building and maintaining scalable machine learning infrastructure. This role requires a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and hands-on expertise in automating ML workflows using tools like Vertex AI, Docker, and Dagster.<br><br>As an MLOPs Engineer, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless model development, deployment, and monitoring across production environments.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and implement robust, scalable MLOps pipelines using GCP, Vertex AI, and Dagster.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with data science teams to produce ML models and ensure reproducibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define and manage ML infrastructure architecture in GCP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automate model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support CI\/CD for ML projects and maintain containerised environments using Docker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and system-level challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute low-level technical tasks including debugging, scripting, and pipeline optimisation.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Senior-level experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth understanding of cloud architecture and best practices for scalable ML solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with Vertex AI and containerization tools such as Docker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with orchestration tools such as Dagster (or alternatives like Airflow, Prefect).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Python and scripting for automation and workflow management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to translate high-level architectural decisions into executable tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Must Have:<br><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in CI\/CD pipelines for ML (e.g., GitHub Actions, Cloud Build).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with ML model monitoring and drift detection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional Information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How To Apply<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested and qualified applicants should complete the application process via AmaliTech Careers.
