Your Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Arbitrum Foundation is seeking a passionate and strategic Head of Community Management to lead the charge in building a vibrant ecosystem for Arbitrum One, Nova, Orbit and more products coming in the pipeline. As a champion of community engagement, you’ll be responsible for crafting an inclusive and dynamic space where developers, users, and enthusiasts can connect, collaborate, and propel the future of Ethereum scaling solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community management strategy across various platforms (Twitter, Discord, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive online environment for the global Arbitrum community<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Foster meaningful conversations, address user inquiries, and provide exceptional community support<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Organize engaging online and offline events (AMAs, hackathons, meetups) to drive community growth and excitement<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Identify and nurture community leaders and influencers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Product) to ensure seamless communication and community alignment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analyze community sentiment and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in community management and online engagement strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    What You’ll Need<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 5+ years in community management, preferably last 3 years in Web3<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proven experience leading a team of community managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Deep understanding of Web3 and the developer\/user landscape<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the community\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience engaging in the Arbitrum (or Ethereum) community<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in fostering a positive and productive online environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with community management tools and platforms (Discord, social media listening tools, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret community metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
